Safety of our horses and riders is paramount in pony club. Hence there are strict rules governing most aspects of membership. These rules are designed to prevent accidents and injuries. It is in your interests to acquaint yourself with the rules as soon as possible. If in doubt, please ask a committee member or refer to the PCA Handbook (Blue book)
