Information for Existing Members

Renewing in 2022

Membership renewals are done online in the My Pony Club system.

Please read the following information carefully. The new system has some significant differences from the system we have been using up to 2021.

Set password and check details first sign in only):
Log in and for each member in your family:

  1. Reset the passwords
  2. Check the member details

Setting up family membership:
The new My Pony Club system allows you to assign all your family members to a family membership. We strongly recommend that you do this before renewing your memberships because:

    • the discount for multiple junior or associate riders in your family is applied using family memberships
    • you can renew the whole family in one transaction

To set up your family:

  1. Log in to the first adult’s membership
  2. Click on Membership on the menu bar across the top of the screen
  3. Click on Add Family Member (left hand side of the screen)
  4. Select Existing Members
  5. Click on Use Membership Number instead 
  6. Enter the membership number of the person you want to add to the family
  7. Enter their DOB
  8. Click on Send Verification Email

An email will be sent to the member asking them to agree to being added to the family membership. Once they follow the instructions in the email, they will be added. Repeat this for each member.

Renewing the family membership:

Once you have the family membership set up, you can renew all family members in one transaction and access the discount. To renew your membership:

  1. Log in to the first adult’s membership
  2. Click on Membership on the menu bar across the top of the screen
  3. Select the Murrumbateman tile
  4. Select Family Membership
  5. For each family member, select the appropriate membership type
  6. Follow the prompts to pay for the membership
